Interior design…charity shop style!

This is the first blog post I’ve written in months but I’m back and I want to keep this little blog going.  After I’ve written a blog post I always feel better for it as it’s a great creative outlet and I hope you enjoy reading my random ramblings as well 😉

This blog post is about how I’ve pimped out our flat charity shop style by buying some beautiful items from charity shops in Birmingham and London, including Oxfam, St Christopher’s Hospice and Save the Children.

If you want to add some décor and items to your home and you’re on a budget then I hope the following pictures of some of my charity shop finds inspire you!

I bought this pin board a few months ago and I've filled it with inspiring words & some cute pictures of animals. It sits in my kitchen right by my kettle so I can have a look at it each time I make a cuppa!

I bought this chair from Oxfam last year...and the candle holder come to think of it. I love the shabby chic feel it gives to the room.

Scottie the dog holds our keys so we can find them when we need them.

I love this 'Live' sign that I got from Oxfam last weekend. It sits in our bathroom.

My mum actually bought this from St Christopher's months ago for her flat but I liked it so much she gave it to me! It's so vibrant and colourful, it makes our bathroom feel really welcoming and homely.
